When is the right time to visit India?

You can visit India any time during the year. This country has mountains, oceans, deserts, forests and other interesting features.

If you like mountains, you may visit India during summers (February-July). Lovers of deserts can come to India during the autumn and winter months ( September- February). Most India travelers prefer coming to the country during autumn and winter.

Again, the answer depends upon what are you looking for.

Not really. Unless you decide to stay in some of the costliest hotels in the world, India remains an inexpensive country for most travelers.

Most monuments charge foreign travelers just $4 which is really very pretty cheap. A rickshaw ride would cost you just $1.5 while average room rents in India during peak season are US$50. If you want to buy a mobile phone connection for making and receiving calls, you would have to pay just $4!
